Step 1 - Contacting FOTF
For general questions, knowledge, or to receive a quick response, please feel free to message us on our Discord Server, or Facebook, or Instagram
Please click our Meeting Request Form or create a ticket in our Discord Server to book a consultation with us.
Step 2 - Information Verification and Appointment Setup
After filling out our Meeting Request Form, or Ticket our booking manager will contact you in-world or on Discord, to double-check the information from your form. Once that information has been confirmed, then you will receive a prep packet that contains important information that can better prepare you for your inworld consultation. Then they will schedule a meeting with you at that time.
Step 3 - Consultation Appointment
On the day of your consultation, the booking agent will contact you an hour before as a courtesy reminder and let you know they will be with you soon. Depending on if you’ve selected to have a guidance meeting, your builder will also come with them. During this time, they will gather all of the details you’ve prepared to help bring your concept to life. This includes a review of your example images, which ensures it is a build we can bring to life in the best means possible. Once all the details are double-checked, then the price and the date of the build will be given.
Step 4 - Making a Deposit
Once the total has been agreed upon, our booking agent will drop our accountant Blossom off to hang out with you on your project land until the end. In order to secure your building time, a deposit of 50-70% must be paid to Blossom at least 48 hours before your build is to begin.
Step 5 - Build Day
Your build day is here and your builder is hard at work! Your builder will begin and if you are around, they'll greet you and give you a notice that they are starting on your project. If you are interested in their game plan for the day, they tell their plan! At the end of each building day, a progress and questions notecard will be sent to you as a check-in to ensure we are giving you what you want and need. Please make sure to review and respond. If, after three check in’s your builder doesn’t hear from you, they will contact you directly and halt the process until then!
Step 6 - Final Payment
Once your project is complete, your final payment is due. Once the payment is given then our booking agent will pick up Blossom. At that point, they will be double-checking that your final payment has been made. We will also check in on you to make sure you have our maintenance google form link for your convenience. We will also check in to see how you like your finished project so far.
Step 7 - The Finale
At the end of your build, photos will be taken of your land that we keep on hand for reference on your next build and a memory we'll hold on for you. Your builder also will extend a roleplay opportunity that we are offering to our clients. Whether the client prefer a in person or notecard roleplay, it shall be an interview about the finished project and what inspired them. We will also take a few photos of you in their new home with your permission The roleplay interview and photos will then be entered into a Magazine Spread that can be viewed by the public.
