Exterior Landscaping
We’ve been happily serving the SL community since 2014 to create Residential & Commercial spaces that are prim friendly. We ensure that it is made with everyday use in mind, as well as maintaining stunning realism in our work. Our use average typically sits at about 15-20% of your land's total prim sometimes lower.
To all new Clients: Please bring a Pinterest board showing some inspiration from rl for the design you wish to commission from us. We will discuss what you'd like to see from your Pinterest board and create your design from there!

Interior Design
All of our interiors are built with daily use in mind and a beautiful design.
When doing interior designs we include roleplay-friendly items, unique designs, and low prim décor options.
Residential Interior Per room:
$3,500L
Commercial Interior Per Room:
$4,500L
**All interior designs are created specifically based on the home of your initial choosing, should we have to make changes to your design that alter your finish date, an additional fee of $2,000L will be applied. Should you choose to switch houses, an additional $4,500L per room will be charged.**
Weddings
Sweet & Simple Package
Our wedding package includes your landing area, wedding area, reception, cocktail area, all exterior designs, Guest food & drinks, as well as your Bridal & Groom Suite.
Total Cost:
$25,000L
**This package is meant to work with ½ size parcels and under.**

We don't only offer just landscaping and interior design services. What makes us a unique company is the special services we offer. These services consist of keeping your land maintenance, effectively pushing your project to the top of our list, or providing a guide when you don't know what you want. We want to ensure our customers are well taken care of and are always happy.
We offer other amazing benefits to our customers
Guidance Meetings
$5,000L Residential or $10,000L Commercial
This special service we offer to our Second Life Residents who are vaguely familiar or not familiar at all with designing their own residential or commercial project. With this service, you are able to schedule 4 in-depth meetings with your builder before your project begins. This is when you will receive one to one assistance in planning to help create best experience possible for your project!
White-Glove Treatment
Top Priority Order - $30,000L
This special service is where your project will be pushed to our top priority list. This service includes all the services we currently offer. Once this service is purchased, within 24 hours of our normal business hours you shall be contacted. This is where we will gather all the needed details about your project and a discussion if we are able to do your project in the allotted time. If we are able to do the rush order, we will immediately start the consultation. This is when the $30,000L shall be paid, please be prepared to pay at this time. Within the next 48 hours, you are required to pay 70% of your payment. Once the payment is received, we shall begin your project. All White Glove projects are completed within 1-2 weeks based on how complex your commission is and the amount of staff available. If you have any other questions please contact our staff.
Maintenance
We offer a very special service to our customers. We want to keep you happy and so we offer a maintenance service. We offer two types of maintenance servicing, basic and in-depth. Each of these maintenance types will help your project stay pristine. To book a maintenance appointment, please click the form below to submit a consultation.
Basic Maintenance
We are happy to help with making sure your land stays updated, lag free, and stays insured in the event of accidents.
Basic Maintenance Cost - $2,500L
These are small adjustments can consistent of:
Changing a house position from the original position you had from your commission.
Removing or adding to existing landscaping we have placed down for you on your original commission.
Fixing basic accidents such as:
Texture mix-ups
Script breaks
Product updates
Small terraforming accidents
Additional SMALL changes can also consistent of:
Adjustment for new land items you may have acquired
Lag maintenance
Some of which may be at our discretion depending on the level of intricacy, and how your project was handled
**For Basic Maintenance payment, half of payment is due when scheduling maintenance appointment. The other half is due once the maintenance is completed.**
In-Depth Maintenance
For a in-depth maintenance, this is when it will be the duration of the maintenance is more than an hour. For each worked, it will be an hourly fee.
Hourly Rate - $4,500L
These large adjustments can consistent of:
Rebuilding an area of land at your original commission
In-depth adjustments on changing a house from the original, you had placed from your commission
Renovating a room
Adding landscaping for new land attached to your pre-existing commission's location
Additional LARGER changes that may not be listed

**In-Depth Maintenance Deposit, you are required to put down $9,000L. From this deposit your bill will be paid and any additional payment will be sent back to you.**
