Term of Services

1. As a Client of our work, and by filling out our 2024 Meeting Request Booking Form or Discord Consultation Ticket you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Service. 

   • All customers must fill out a meeting request form or ticket that shows they agree to our terms and services. No services will be fulfilled without one.

2. You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

3. We allow up to 3 major building changes and 5 minor changes during your building process. All other requests will be charged an additional 3,000L$ for overtime.

   • ​​Should you attempt to switch your theme mid-build, we reserve the right to charge the price of two commissions. 

4. If we do not hear from the commission holder after 3 check-ins, we reserve the right to halt progress until contact has been made with the commission holder. 

5. Should a client request multiple high-priced items for their commission that exceeds what they have already paid for in services, then we retain the right to add the total to their commission.

6. At any point, if we feel uncomfortable or abused, we reserve the right to end all work without refunds. After a brief meeting with our staff for a discussion on the upleading events, we will contact the commission holder for a conversation with the owner. This does include Sexual Harassment. 

7. We reserve the right to change our prices at will. No price is guaranteed as time and materials must be factored into your price. 

8.  All our builds are typically completed within 1-7 days UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, the more detailed the commission, the longer it will take. Each day you are given a building check-in that will give you an idea of the progression of time and our estimated ETA. 

9. In all collaborations, we require that our brand must be named or specified as having worked with you during this commission, and continued display of it. This allows for equal promotion of both parties. Should we find this is not being done, we will take back our work and remove our promotions of the other party

10. Should a client fail to pay the remainder of their balance at least 72 hours before the end of their commission we reserve the right to remove our work until the remainder of the balance is paid. If the remainder is not paid after the remaining 72 hours, your commission will be deleted from our inventory and we will consider it closed.

11. We reserve the right to take photographs of all work done by Forest of the Fae landscaping and designs, as well as the right to post them. We do tend to not post when requested, or delay posting in order to help maintain surprises.

12. All customer information shall remain confidential. No information is given out unless given permission to do so.

13. Any information revealed during the time of building and transaction shall always remain confidential. 

Refunds: 

Forest of the Fae Landscaping & Design reserves the right to decline refunds for any reason we see fit. 

The exception’s being when we are not able to fulfill our promised time slot for the commission due to our booking errors or in the events we see fit. 

Please note that our deposits are nonrefundable as well.

We do not give refunds for cancellations as our schedules are booked monthly, and we will have turned away business to maintain your commission time slot.
